2nd day of Blogmas

Hey guys, So is it Blog-mas or Blogmas? Im not really sure so I think ill use Blogmas for now until im told otherwise! (Ha ha!) So please comment below and let me know which it is!

So for my 2nd day of... Blogmas I decided to go down a fashion root and show a few fun items ive seen whilst out shopping! (Again in Boots!) But tbf I cant really help that they have such an AMAZING range of goodies which are also on 3 for 2 so you can often justify a little treat for yourself if need be!

The first thing I spotted that I just LOVE are these super cute mouse slippers, They look really cosy as they are knitted and are suprisingly soft as anything and seem like they would be toasty warm for christmas day! I really love the face on them and the pom pom nose! As you can see have been really popular already as there is only one pair left. 

The next item I loved was the ceramic cotton ball tailed rabbit dispenser type thingy... Im not quite sure what its exactly called, but its really sweet and practical and a great way to store your cotton balls.
It's such a good idea to store your cotton balls in a hygenic way and what could be cuter than this? It would look much nicer on your dressing table than the clear bags they noramlly come in, and im really into the girly white and soft pink theme ive seen on other blogs and am hoping to mdecorate my room next year (dont worry housemates nothing to crazy!).

I think i may just buy this one for myself as im not sure I can wait till xmas itself! Plus its in the 3 for 2 at Boots so I can buy treats for my family and friends and pick this up on the way... Organised eh?

Plus its totally furnishing for my room so basically its must have!

1st day of Blogmas

Hello guys! So as I mentioned in a previous post I have been planning for Blogmas!! What is 'Blogmas'? I hear you ask! Well its a chance for Bloggers to get into the festive spirit and help out (hopefully) with gift guides and festive ideas around the house etc. And basically enjoy this season of goodwill with you!

As a retail worker I find it harder than most people to enjoy the magic of Christmas, as I know ill be working almost every day up until Christmas day and working long and odd hours...

But! This year im actually starting to feel Christmassy already and im not screaming at all the Christmas songs on the store radio!

This year im excited to say I have Christmas day off... AND Boxing day!!! WOO!! :) So I feel I have alot more to look forward to, which may explain why im already getting excited for Christmas this year.

Any way, so to start off the Blogmas I went shopping in Boots have choosen Benefit's awesome gift idea to kick it all off as I love it and think its the best gift idea ever...

So Boots had a great little gifting area in the stores away from the counter itself, which is nice if your like me and like to spend ages looking at things and picking out just the right combination. And they had this great table that has a selection of miniature Benefit favourites (such as They're real mascara, Benetint and Pore-fesional and an eyeliner...) and you hand pick 4 items and put them in the pink stocking shown on the far left of the photo.

And voila! Your gift is complete, I mean who doesnt love Benefit any way? And it gives them a chance to try something new! I actually am tempted to pick up one for myself or drop some serious hints as im a bit of a fan of Benefit...

Almost (seasons) Greetings!

Hi guys! So my blogging is a little sparse this month as im saving up all my ideas and pre-writing a few posts ready for December for Blogmas!!

So (hopefully!) there should be a sparkly *NEW* blog post every day, filled with festive fun! :)

Im planning gift guides/ wish lists and anything else festive I can think of...

So the other Sunday, mke and my friend  Becky went to a local bar and had a few drinks and enjoyed some live music...

We started the night off really well by starting(?) it in Maccy D's having chips -As we hadnt eaten dinner!!

And then off to the bar to have a good catch up and a gossip. 

(Becky is a very clever person and can somehow make swans out of napkins.)

Selfie time! We are horrendous and have to take so many selfies when we are out and about, especially when we are drinking... I feel sorry for all our Snapchat friends, as we were also singing along and shooting vids of that... 

Which luckily I cant share here!!

I wish I had the name of the guy we went to see as he was great and did requests and played lots of different types of music and seemed to know lots of good sing-a-long songs that the audience could sing and dance to.

So all in all an excellent night out!

Cakes and a Waitrose visit:

So I *ahem* may have dropped of the Blogmasphere again sooner thasn i meant to...

I have been hugely busy with work and feeling a bit out of inspiration with my posts, plus as ive been saving £'s for Christmas I havnt been able to post and hauls!

But I plan to take part in Blog-mas and post every day of December so im currently planning some fun for next month!!

But for now here is a fun Waitrose visit me and my friend Amber had! We had a new Waitrose store open very recently near by and decided we HAD to go and check it out! It was A-MAY-ZING we got a self scanner gun and a free latte and checked out all the exciting gift aisles...

But, by far the best part for us was the bakery section-

We fell in love with the cakes on display, especially the grumpy frog cake! We also took advantage of the 'Cake of the week' which is where they select a cake and reduce it half in price to a £1 a slice or £10 for the whole cake!!

So obviously in the name of research I bought a slice of cake... Which I think was very good of me as I was hugely tempted by the whole thing...

And yes it was salted caramel chocolate cake <3 <3

Life is very good sometimes :) I also took a photo of some foot biscuits for some reason so enjoy...

Sorry about the sporadic blogging the last couple of weeks, but work has been full on and I've been out and about on my days off so not had time to plan any posts...

Atm I'm just recovering from a cold, and I've had a nose as red as Rudolf's and been sneezing almost non stop... So I'm enjoying a lazy day in today!

On a lovely positive note!!

I got my Graze box today! And this one is all about  'Fabulous fats'...

Normally we just hear how fats are a bad thing and that we should avoid them as much as possible, but as this box shows there are some good ones too! (sadly no Cadburys dairy milk yet!!).

But actually I am highly impressed with the contents of this box as it has a Chocolate brownie, an all day energiser (with mixed fruit), poppy seed pretzels and Cheesy crackers mixed with peanuts!

I've had a few of these before as I've been set up with a Graze box for a few years now and really enjoy trying new healthy snacks that I wouldn't put together/ consider for myself!

Un boxing: October

So it's that time of the month when I review my Luckydipclub.com/ box, I really look forward to these each month and can't believe im patient enough to film it and not just rip it 

open!

This boxes theme was Lucky diner, which featured vintage 50's style diner items...

In my box I received a badge, fridge magnet, donut necklace and paper straws as well as a dish cloth!

I find it great value for money and currently only 700 boxes are made each month, so you really are part of a small club!

The next box is themed Circus!
